The Radevski family orchards have evolved over three generations. In 1957 Cvetko Radevski, together with his father Bogoja, made the hard decision of moving their family from Macedonia to Australia. Their first farm was bought in 1959, a 36 acre Orchard in Shepparton East. Today, the business has grown into 600 acres of fruit growing orchards.
The Radevski family orchards, produces an array of quality fruit including Pears, Apples and in smaller quantities Stonefruit. The fruit grown is a mix of traditional and new varieties that are picked between January and May.
Orchard Management is based on best management practices and knowledge generated over 50 years. Crop protection is based on the IPM (Integrated Pest Management) approach to minimize the use of chemicals and encourage the natural control of problem insects and mites, by encouraging natural predators.
